Tripont is running a Phase One Certified Professional course in Budapest on 22–23 June 2022! This is an exceptional opportunity, as you can obtain an internationally recognised certificate that covers comprehensive professional training in Phase One camera systems and the Capture One software.
What is the PoCP?
Phase One Certified Professional is a comprehensive course on Phase One camera systems, digital backs and the Capture One software. Its aim is to give digital technicians and assistants the knowledge they need to work more efficiently on shoots and to achieve the highest level of reliability with Phase One technology.
Why get a PoCP certificate?
The POCP is about two things – education and certification. The certification is intended to prove that the digital technician or digital operator has certain skills and knowledge. However, the knowledge gained on the course will help you become a better technician, a better assistant and a better photographer even without the professional certificate.
What does the course include?
A full range of topics covering both Phase One hardware and software, including the following:
- Capture One workflow, optimisation and troubleshooting
- Tethering hardware and troubleshooting
- The Phase One XF and XT camera systems
- Technical cameras with Phase One digital backs
- Image quality optimisation
- Training in workflows and technique
How long is the certificate valid?
The certificate is valid for 2 years. We believe that in a typical development cycle the course can change enough after 2 years to justify recertification.
