The exhibition Hungarians on the Silk Road, which treats the research of the Széchenyi expedition and Aurel Stein with scientific thoroughness, has now been shown in a third location.
After the Buda Creative House, the Great Library of Szeged and Pécs also thought it important to host the material, which was made available through the Confucius Institute. The image material of the exhibition was predominantly digitised by the staff of Tripont Cultural Heritage Solutions, who also organised the production of the images and panels with the help of Giclée Factory. We published the entire material of the exhibition in three languages in the booklets shown in the picture.

The material is available through the Nainuwa Archivum. Access requires going through a two-step registration, but this is a small price to pay for viewing such exceptional material.

With its many aspects relating to the history of photography, the material ties in well with last week’s MAFOT conference held at the Hungarian Natural History Museum.
